You can grab a box of Bisquick and whip up a batch of waffles a lot easier and quicker than making these waffles. Personally, I think these are much more tasty - they're lighter, fluffier and so filling! The next time you want waffles leave the Bisquick in the cupboard and try these instead.

  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast (1 pkg)
  • 2 cups lukewarm milk
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 1 tsp vanill
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  1. These waffles rise alot - you'll want to use a pretty big bowl. Pour the warm milk in the bowl and sprinkle the dry yeast over it and stir.   8. Pre-heat your waffle iron, spray with cooking spray, and scoop the batter into the grids being careful to fill the section without overflowing them.
